The far-reaching work of JKPS has resulted in the steady growth of many community development centres across West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. In order to develop leaders, we have formulated a specialised course, coined, Community Transformation Program with four distinct modules with specific course objectives and timelines designed to cater to interested individuals.
Additionally, JKPS has a multipurpose training facility, Bethel Training Centre, which is used for conducting different types of training and community transformation programs.
BTI offers Online and residential Community Transformation Program training.
